CLIENT SERVICES
Choosing Nexus to satisfy your people requirements allows you to maintain your primary focus on your core business. Our strength is in seeking out skills where demand exceeds supply. Our value can be measured by the time we save you in delivering quality candidates when you need them, as well as the ongoing benefit of having quality people in your team.
We offer the following search-based recruitment services:
Database Search Service
This service is suited to most recruitment requirements, i.e. when a focused industry coverage of both active and passive job seekers is desired.
Our recruitment process consists of the following steps:
1. Establish Job Description
Work with the client to fully understand the position requirement in terms of skills and personal qualities
2. Candidate search
Locate suitable candidates from the Nexus database and the Internet
3. Candidate Screening
Thoroughly screen candidates through our own interview process as well as reference checks Compile a candidate shortlist and discuss the merits of each candidate with the client
4. Client Interviews
Facilitate the interview process to ensure that both client and candidate are comfortable with the exchange of information
5. Offer Negotiation
Communicate an offer to the preferred candidate and ensure a satisfactory outcome for both client and candidate
6. 30 Day placement follow-up
Both the client and candidate are contacted individually after the first month to ensure satisfaction in respect to both performance and job expectation
Typically, the process is more dynamic than this in practice. For example, if an outstanding candidate is available immediately, we would encourage you to accelerate the candidate through the process to maximise the probability of securing him/her for the position.
Executive Search Service
Suited to senior executive positions that have a significant influence on corporate profitability, hence the need to invest in a comprehensive recruitment process is justified. Executive search is handled on an exclusive basis and with a close working relationship with the client.
This service typically differs from the Database Search Service in several respects:
It is undertaken with extreme confidentiality - often it is not common knowledge that the position is on the market; perhaps there is even an incumbent who doesnt know that he/she is being replaced!
The candidate search part of the process (step 2 above) needs to cover a broader industry base since many executive skills are generic and appropriate candidates may be found in related industries.
The overall process is more demanding and over a longer period, hence an up front retainer (a portion of the expected fee) is justified.
Advertisement Search Service
Suited to recruitment requirements which justify advertising support, i.e. those that are urgent and candidate coverage needs to be maximised in the short term. This service is identical to the Database Search Service, with the added dimension that the candidate search part of the process (step 2 above) is augmented with carefully placed display advertising to attract the greatest number of active and passive job seekers.
